NEAREST LOCAL AIRPORT

The Champaign area is served by Willard Airport, which offers jet service. Willard Airport is located approximately 15 minutes by car from the conference site, to which a free shuttle is available.

NEAREST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS

O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in Chicago, Illinois is located about three hours by car from Champaign.

Midway International Airport (MDW) in Chicago, Illinois is located about three hours by car from Champaign.

Indianapolis International Airport (IND) in Indianapolis, Indiana is located about two hours by car from Champaign. Note: Indiana is in the US Eastern time zone, one hour ahead of Illinois.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORTS

Lincolnland Express offers shuttle bus service between Champaign and O'Hare International Airport, Midway Airport, and Indianapolis International Airport. Please call +1-217-352-6682 to make reservations.

TRANSIT BY TRAIN

Wolfram Research provides two forms that confirm your participation in the Wolfram Technology Conference 2013. Please be advised that Wolfram Research cannot intervene with any US Embassy abroad or with the US Department of State on behalf of any conference attendee.

• Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees:
  Wolfram Research offers an Official Letter of Invitation to the Wolfram Technology Conference. We cannot generate personal letters of invitation to the embassy or consulate on your behalf.
• Registration Confirmation:
  Once you have registered for the conference, you may also use your registration confirmation paperwork to document your intent to attend the meeting. Please note that the registration deadline is October 4, 2013.
