Adding A New Style

Postby Gregory » Tue Dec 06, 2011 1:32 pm

Hi everyone,

How do I add a new style to the default stylesheet? And does Wolfram have a general feedback form? I'd like to make some feature suggestions but when I submitted from their web site I was told by tech support that I need a Premiere Service subscription.

Regards,

Gregory

Gregory,

Here's a short notebook on how to create a new cell style: http://members.wolfram.com/mmorrison/Notebooks/CreatingANewCellStyle.nb

This will create a new cell style for the private stylesheet of the file (notebook, CDF) in question. If you want to add a new cell style to the default Mathematica stylesheet, that is a little more involved.

Suggestions can be sent directly to suggestions@wolfram.com, although I and others who monitor this forum can be contacted as well.

Thanks,
Michael
