High School STEM Education in Indonesia - USAID Project

Dear all,
Paramadina University in Indonesia is looking for an American University as a partner for a 3-year USAID project to improve STEM education in Indonesian High-Schools through the use of Mathematica and other Wolfram Research technologies.
Any suggestions about who might be interested would be greatly appreciated since the deadline to submit the concept paper is this coming Friday, March 16th.
