Wow!
I had a great time playing around with the MMA notebooks, and I really like the way you've kept them clutter-free.
The PDF is beautifully done. Can you PLEASE explain a bit about your workflow and how you produced the final document? I'm assuming LaTeX, correct? And post-editing diagrams in Adobe Illustrator? (The more details you can provide, the better.
)
