Do you usually include a number of visualizations in your notebooks? Are you wanting to better understand how to customize your graphics' styles, labels, and legends? Below is the notebook from the Wolfram Technology Conference 2011 presentation "Making the Most of Information Visualization Functions" by MinHsuan Peng, which I think you'll find useful.
