In conjunction with the Japan Mathematica Conference 2006, we are offering attendees unique training opportunities at very reduced rates. The trainings are being offered the day before the conference, so you don't have to miss any of the conference in order to attend the trainings.

Mathematica Introduction

This half-day course will introduce basic Mathematica features for beginners, including those who have never used Mathematica before, and provide a foundation for developing advanced applications of the system. Topics will include graphics, functional/procedural/rule-based programming, mathematical functions, and importing and exporting files and data.

This half-day course will introduce users to the programming capabilities of Mathematica, demonstrating appropriate programming paradigms for solving complex problems and developing new applications.
