Cluster Integration Package

The Cluster Integration Package is a free add-on that provides the ability for gridMathematica to interact with cluster management systems. With this package, gridMathematica fits within the cluster framework, using the management system to identify and allocate resources and schedule computations on the cluster. By abstracting the cluster resources, the Cluster Integration Package reduces the effort to install, maintain, and use gridMathematica and enables deployment on large clusters and grids.

Version 1.3 of the Cluster Integration Package is compatible with gridMathematica 2.2 and supports the following management systems:

• Microsoft Windows Compute Cluster Server 2003
• Platform LSF 6.2+
• Sun Grid Engine 6.1+
