DICOM Sample Files

Mathematica supports the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard. The DICOM standard facilitates interoperability of medical-imaging equipment and is widely used in radiology.

For those who already use webMathematica 2.1 or higher, we have gathered a few DICOM files* that can be used in conjunction with the program's included DICOM example:

abdominal.dcm* (133K)
ankle.dcm* (257K)
brain.dcm* (517K)
spine.dcm* (518K)
