Cancellation Policy

Fees paid for classroom and BYOL training are fully refundable if notice is received 15 days before the first day of class. Canceling your registration less than 15 days before the scheduled first day of class will result in a 25 percent cancellation fee. Fees paid for online training are nonrefundable but can be applied to a different training class if there is a need to reschedule. See the rescheduling policy below.

Notice is considered to be the submission of a cancellation notice to (and acknowledgment from) Wolfram Education Group at education@wolfram.com.

Student substitutions are acceptable.

Rescheduling Policy

Notice of a need to reschedule must be received and acknowledged by Wolfram Education Group at education@wolfram.com 15 days before the first day of class. Rescheduling your registration less than 15 days before the scheduled first day of class will result in a 10 percent rescheduling fee.

If Wolfram Education Group cannot provide training due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of fees paid will be made.
