Meet the Instructors: Shinya Ohashi

Shinya Ohashi

Teaching Experience
During his 24-year career as a high school teacher, Shinya Ohashi has taught courses in mathematics and information studies. He has also taught university courses in image processing and information technology. In addition, Ohashi has impressive experience teaching workshops for groups such as the Japan Mathematica User Group (JMUG).

Mathematica Experience
Ohashi has used Mathematica since 1993, employing it extensively in his mathematics instruction, and as an effective image-processing tool for university lectures. He has also created course materials using Mathematica and pTeX, and is co-author of the two-part series Mathematica--Its Infinite Possibilities.
