Background
Yehuda Ben-Shimol, who has used Mathematica since 1993,
provides Mathematica guidance and training courses to help
users learn about the product quickly. He has lectured
on Mathematica at Ben-Gurion University, Israel, and guides
professionals and students from a wide range of backgrounds:
electrical engineering, computer science, communication engineering,
VLSI, and more. Ben-Shimol received his Ph.D. (with honors) in
electrical engineering from Ben-Gurion University in 1997 in the field
of relativistic electrodynamics. Since then he has specialized in the
fields of computer communication and networks, protocols, network
design issues, combinatorial and graph algorithms, and performance
evaluation. In 2003 Ben-Shimol took part in the first prestigious NKS Summer School, directed by Stephen Wolfram,
the creator of Mathematica.
Consulting Information
Ben-Shimol has used Mathematica since 1993 and has been
a Mathematica consultant since 2000. One of his specialties is
a deep understanding of how improve the speed of Mathematica
code and packages.
