Background
David Reiss provides Mathematica consulting
for applications and R & D in the applied and pure sciences. Services
provided can be as
basic as introductory training and the implementation of a suite of essential,
targeted productivity
tools or as complex as a long-range task that involves substantial R & D, simulation,
visualization, data analysis,
documentation, and follow-up support.
Mathematica is a tool of broad
utility. Contact Reiss to brainstorm creatively about how
the use of Mathematica could potentially benefit your business.
David Reiss received his Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the
California Institute of Technology in
1981 and has been a Mathematica user since 1989. Reiss has extensive experience
in both academia and industry and has
held positions at a premier government laboratory, a Silicon Valley start-up, and
a top-tier defense contractor, as well as the usual litany of academic
postdoctoral research fellowship positions. In each of these capacities he has used
Mathematica as the prime investigative and documentation tool
across the full range of his assignments.
