How Calculus WIZ Works

Calculus WIZ Solver

How the Web Simulation Works

The demonstrations provided here are designed to provide you with a brief introduction to the capabilities of Calculus WIZ as well as to illustrate the look and feel of its interface.

Of course, this web simulation will have notable differences from Calculus WIZ itself. However, the functionality that is available in the simulation should provide you with an understanding of how the full product works.

Try It!

Tangent Demo   This solver graphs a function and its tangent at a point and gives the equation of the tangent in x and y coordinates.
Area Demo  This solver computes the area between y = f[x] and y = g[x] and draws the region. The curve y = f[x] is assumed to be above the curve y = g[x].

These demonstrations are made possible by webMathematica technology, an ideal solution for adding interactive calculations to the web.
