Should I Eat That? Food Science and Safety with the Wolfram Language

This talk covers the structure and innovative uses of food data within the Wolfram Language. We demonstrate how to retrieve nutrition data for popular foods using natural language processing and how to analyze and manipulate a large dataset of alcoholic beverages.
