Are hotel accommodations included in my registration costs?

Your hotel costs are not covered in our registration fee. However, you can book a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel at a discounted rate of €159 per night by using the reservation password: WOLF.

What does the registration fee cover?

Your registration fee includes morning coffee and snacks, coffee breaks, and lunch on both days, as well as the conference dinner at the end of the first night.

Can my spouse attend the conference dinner with me?

Your spouse is more than welcome to attend the conference dinner with you, for an additional charge of €50. Please state that your spouse will be attending in the "Additional comments" field on the registration form.

Can I register onsite?

Onsite registration is available. However, attendees are encouraged to register early in order to ensure a space. Once the conference spaces are filled, registration will be closed. Wolfram cannot guarantee onsite registration availability.

If I can't attend, do you allow substitutions?

Yes. If you need to send someone in your place, please email Rita Crook at rita_crook@wolfram.com with the alternate attendee's name, email, phone, occupation, and address. We will contact alternate attendees for specifics such as meals and any special needs they may have.

Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?

Yes. There are many opportunities to network with other attendees and Wolfram staff throughout the conference. We will be hosting a conference dinner at the end of the first day, but all coffee and lunch breaks are great opportunities for networking.
