Are hotel accommodations included in my registration costs?

Your hotel costs are not covered in our registration fee. However, you can book a room at the Radisson Blu Hotel at a discounted rate of €159 per night by using the reservation password WOLF, but the number of these rooms are limited, so try to book soon.

What does the registration fee cover?

Your registration fee includes morning coffee and snacks, coffee breaks, and lunch on both days, as well as the conference dinner at the end of the first night.

Can my spouse attend the conference dinner with me?

Your spouse is more than welcome to attend the conference dinner with you, for an additional charge of €50. Please state that your spouse will be attending in the "Additional comments" field on the registration form.

Can I register onsite?

Onsite registration is available. However, attendees are encouraged to register early in order to ensure a space. Once the conference spaces are filled, registration will be closed. Wolfram cannot guarantee onsite registration availability.

If I can't attend, do you allow substitutions?

Yes. If you need to send someone in your place, please email our team at ewtc_2015@wolfram.com with the alternate attendee's name, email, phone, occupation, and address. We will contact alternate attendees for specifics such as meals and any special needs they may have.

Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?

Yes. There are many opportunities to network with other attendees and Wolfram staff throughout the conference. We will be hosting a conference dinner at the end of the first day, but all coffee and lunch breaks are great opportunities for networking.

What if I have to cancel?

If your payment has not been taken yet, you need to notify us, and cancellation will be processed. However, once payment has been taken from your account, Wolfram can only provide you with a partial refund of 50% if you notify us before 30 March 2015. Any cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for any refund.

Will you distribute the presentation files after the event?

Yes, we will and we will publish them on this same website. Each registrant will receive an email notification once these are available for download.
