Have you created a website for your course? Or maybe you have a personal website? If so, be sure to check out the new Wolfram|Alpha Widgets. Here are a few that you may be interested in if you teach college-level engineering or computer science.

Thermodynamic properties

This widget shows the thermodynamic properties of gasses at specified temperature and pressure.

Butterworth Low Pass Filter
http://developer.wolframalpha.com/widge ... b27e944bf9
A signal processing analysis widget that calculates the order and produces the transfer function for a low-pass butterworth filter, given its passband limit and stopband frequency.

Maximum spring force
http://developer.wolframalpha.com/widge ... f8b74012e7
This widget computes the maximum force an spring can exert (i.e. when the spring is compressed to its minimum length.)

Satellite Current Location
http://developer.wolframalpha.com/widge ... 4c3f13ed0d
This widget allows you to determine the current location of a specified satellite orbiting the Earth. The result is shown with an orthographic projection.

Cubic Inch Calculator
http://developer.wolframalpha.com/widge ... f6146aa702
Calculates the Cubic Inch displacement of internal combustion engines.
