Integrating LLM into Wolfram Workflows: Process and Analyze Sustainable Development Data Efficiently

We outline how the Wolfram technology stack can be utilized to create workflows that maximise the potential of large language models such as OpenAI's GPT and others. We also discuss processing and analyzing large unstructured data such as those present in Sustainable Development Goal reports or conference video collections.
