Measure Cell Sizes Interactively

Interactive measurement of distances, diameters and areas is a very common task in microscopy. This often comes in handy when programmatic segmentation and measurement of objects is either time consuming or unreliable.

Using DynamicImage and some additional interactivity, a user interface to measure circular objects in an image can easily be created.
