Mathematica Link for Excel 3.5 requires Mathematica 6/7/8 and Microsoft Excel 2003/2007/2010 and is available for Windows XP/Vista/7.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Mathematica and Excel are supported. Earlier software and operating systems may be supported with a few limitations.
