MathematicaMark2004: Benchmarking

See What's New in Wolfram Mathematica 6

A new standardized benchmarking tool has been added that tests the Mathematica-based performance of a computer system and generates comparative reports.




More Details    

The MathematicaMark2004 benchmark suite includes representative Mathematica programs that sample different aspects of computer system performance.

The benchmark package includes an extensible database of benchmarking results, to which new results are automatically compared.

Running the function BenchmarkReport on a typical mid-speed computer system generates the notebook below.
