User Agreement


  • 1. This Home-Use Agreement ("Agreement") grants Eligible Home Users a non-transferable license to use SystemModeler on an Eligible Computer, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and the SystemModeler License Agreement. The term of this license runs concurrently with your organization's site license and terminates immediately upon expiration of that site license.
  • 2. "Eligible Home User" is defined as any person who qualifies as an "Affiliated Individual" under an active Wolfram product site license. An Eligible Home User associated with an Educational site license may not be a student.
  • 3. "Eligible Computer" is defined as a computer that is: (i) owned or leased by the Eligible Home User; (ii) normally located in the Eligible Home User's primary residence; and (iii) primarily used by the Eligible Home User. An Eligible Computer associated with an Educational site license must be used primarily for the use or support of instruction and academic research. An Eligible Computer associated with a Commercial or Government site license may be owned or leased by the organization and installed in a facility that is owned by the organization as long as it is for the sole use of Eligible Home Users.
  • 4. Your organization's license program limits the number of home-use licenses available. Wolfram Research reserves the right to refuse requests that exceed the number allowed or that were submitted by or for an ineligible user.
  • 5. Home-use license eligibility and restrictions may vary. Please refer to your organization's home-use license agreement for details.
  • 6. Software obtained via this request is automatically registered to the requestor and may not be transferred, and is renewable annually in conjunction with the parent license program.
