subscribers. However, Technical Support also provides assistance with
installation as well as with pre-sales
technical-related questions.

prefer
that users contact us via email. An email message receives an automatic
acknowledgment. Via email, you can send copies of
your Mathematica sessions, notebooks, and pieces
of Mathematica code for our review.
