CDF Licensing Options

FreeCDF

Computable Document Format (CDF) is a public format. Under the Wolfram FreeCDF terms of use, your CDF documents along with their content carry the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (CC BY-SA). By using any Wolfram product to deploy your work as FreeCDF, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this license.

Attribution Requirements

FreeCDF files require attribution as follows:

Citation of the name of the original work and its creator
Identification of the work as FreeCDF, as carried by the Wolfram marks conveyed with
the Wolfram CDF Player
For any reuse or redistribution of a CDF document, a statement of the license terms that
apply to the work

EnterpriseCDF

EnterpriseCDF is ideal for organizations deploying production-level projects or creating CDF deliverables for their customers. It provides small- to mid-sized organizations with the ability to distribute enhanced CDFs internally.
