Masanobu Ito has been a Mathematica user since 2007. He has been working in the Mathematica technical support group at Japan Information Processing Service Co. Ltd. (JIPS) for over four years.

As a high school and college student, Masanobu worked as a teacher in Japanese tutoring schools for seven years. He has been a Mathematica instructor for four years since joining JIPS and has taught JIPS Mathematica training courses at universities and laboratories in Japan.
