Jean-Luc Landvogt studied mathematics at the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany), graduating in 2010. He had his first experiences with Mathematica during his studies in Darmstadt. At a student workshop for Mathematica in 2010 at his university, he had his first contact with Additive GmbH. With the European ERASMUS student exchange program, he studied at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) from 2006 until 2007.  He is interested in the powerful capabilities of mathematical modeling in Mathematica for many applications.

In 2011, he joined the ADDITIVE GmbH support team and became responsible for the technical support requests of ADDITIVE’s customers for Mathematica, Minitab and Origin. His focus lies in mathematics and statistics, and he processes the questions of customers in these fields. In 2013, he became a Wolfram certified instructor.
