Shenghui Yang

Shenghui Yang is a Wolfram|Alpha Scientific Content Developer who has a strong passion for blending mathematics, programming and education. At Wolfram, Shenghui focuses on expanding the depth and accuracy of mathematical and scientific content in Wolfram|Alpha, while also designing advanced educational materials that demonstrate the power of Wolfram Language in solving real-world and competition-level problems. Shenghui’s technical background and rigorous academic training fuel his expertise in applying computational methods to engineering and mathematical challenges, especially in areas involving number theory, combinatorics and symbolic computation.

Shenghui Yang is the course designer for the Wolfram Daily Study Group: Problem Solving for Competitive Math. He is a prolific contributor to Wolfram Community, particularly on topics where math competitions and algorithmic problem solving intersect. Shenghui has been a two-time mentor for the Wolfram Summer Research Program for high-school students, where he guided young learners through advanced research using Wolfram Language. His talks at the Wolfram Technology Conference have showcased creative approaches to contest problem solving, and he is also an active contributor to the On-Line Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (OEIS) using Wolfram tools.
